I'm not really a patient person and patience is not one of the virtues I possess. I've heard many people say that they want to learn to be patient, but I have decided that I really don't want to learn that lesson.

Why would you say that Kim? Well, its simple really. When you say you want to learn something, the Universe brings you LESSONS in it.

Ha! Well, I'm opting out of those and decided that I would much prefer to not have to worry about it at all. Sure, things won't happen right away for me, I realize this, but I think I would rather just not KNOW that I'm waiting for something.

Of course, the Universe and my Guides have a totally different idea of how things will play out and as usual, they will get their way. I don't say this begrudgingly because I know that they know what is best for me. Yes, its a sad fact of life. Everything I want isn't always good for me. Go figure!

Although my sites came together rather quickly, it was many, many years in the making. Five years ago I could have truthfully told you that I didn't even know what HTML was, let alone what to do with it. Now, I have several websites to my credit.

Had I known five years ago that it would have taken me this long to get to this point, I don't know if I would have toughed it out. I don't know if I would have spent 40 hours a week on top of my 40 hour a week day job teaching myself web design, networking, and a myriad of other skills I acquired along the way if I had known it would have taken this long. Being a person of very little patience, this probably wouldn't have played out that well.

I guess that just goes to show you that ignorance truly is bliss at times. It also goes to show you that sometimes you just need to hold the vision of your dreams and goals so tightly that you just don't pay much attention to what else is happening or how long it takes to get there.
